Fast and Professional Techs

Pros...Their representative Lawrence was very helpful and understanding even when mistakes where made. Sometimes things may not go as planned, but it’s all about the company response when it does. Also, the workers were fast and respectful. Cons.. there are really no cons except that there is still equipment in my yard from the work, but I know they will retrieve it before or during the last inspection. I recommend this company to anyone who needs a roof done professionally on the outside with the physical work, and on the inside with the proper paperwork, and professionalism.

Rhyne Restoration from start to finish gave my family the care and concern to fix our roof after waiting over two years for the lawyers, the insurance company, and an umpire to disburse the funds for repair.

Very Professional and Very Thorough

We were looking to replace our roof for quite some time and we were going to have a few different companies give us pricing and bids but upon meeting and chatting with Zak from Ryhne Restoration we were so pleased by his presentation and information of the materials that the company would be using that we felt very confident moving forward and looking no further to find a company that we would trust to do the work for our home. We are so pleased with the quality of the work that was done. Zak kept in constant contact with us, addressing all of our concerns and questions, always making sure that we were pleased with the amount of progress. The crew was hardworking, efficient, and respectful ( no music blasting...no lazing around). They did such a great job and we could not be more pleased. Impressive Quality of Work

I've had two very good experiences with Rhyne Restoration in the last couple of years. First, they did a great job replacing the original roof on my home with architectural shingles. Then, earlier this year, we had a branch fall on the flat roof at work and poke a hole in it. When they came out to take a look and give us an estimate, they actually went the extra mile and did a temporary patch to prevent any further leaking/damage in the short term. It was during the rainy season and raining almost every day at the time. The initial quote they gave us to permanently fix the hole was a little more than we could pay without getting approvals from our Board of Directors. So they lowered the quote to what we could pay without having to go to the board, and again, they did a great job, and we've had no problems with the patch.

Absolute Best Roofing Options

These people came to my aid in an emergency (post-hurricane). They guided me through the estimate and insurance application process superbly. Very Professional Company!

We met with Todd Rhyne and had a great experience right off the bat. He was very professional and we enjoyed working with him. The guys did a great job on the roof and it looks even better than we hoped. A year later, after Hurricane Irma they came out shortly after I called to check and make sure there weren't any leaks or issues. I would, and have, recommend Rhyne Restoration.

Above & Beyond Service

After the hurricane, Irma came through, our home, and business had significant damage to the roofs. I called at least 5 companies, but no one showed up, responded to my left messages, etc. So I reached out to this company, even though they were over 30 miles away in Orlando. Within 24 hours, they sent a crew out to tarp our home, and business, so there wouldn't be anymore leaking/damage. Then about 3 weeks later, we were able to work with insurance and get both new roofs. Even the estimator came back over a week later from his first visit, to help us negotiate with the claim adjuster. He went above, and beyond to help us. I highly recommend this company. The owner even called, gave me his cell number, and said to call him if we had any problems. I'm glad I'm able to review this company. Thank you

Excellent Experience

I just had a full replacement of a tile roof by Rhyne Restoration. Beginning with my first meeting with Anna Rhyne and Lawrence McKinney, my experience has been excellent. At every step of the way, they were professional, timely, considerate, and a pleasure to work with. They informed me of State regulations regarding roof replacements, provided information and support in my dealings with the insurance company, showed up before field adjusters arrived to stand by me, educated me with the documentation about codes/ordinances, and basically held my hand throughout the entire process, which would have been rather unnerving without their knowledge and support, considering the immense expense of replacing a tile roof, permits, inspections, finding the right color/shape tile, getting HOA approvals, the actual work, etc., etc., etc. As for the project itself, they did an excellent job very quickly. Their employees arrived early, stayed late, came on weekends, and completed the job beautifully. The roof is complete, has passed inspection, and I have received the Certificate of Completion from Orange County. Furthermore, they came by after the work was done and cleaned up the driveway. Now, I have the best roof in the neighborhood. I cannot say enough good things about Rhyne Restoration and especially about Anna and Lawrence. I feel fortunate that my experience was a good one as a result of picking the right contractor to work with. I highly recommend working with Rhyne Restoration to anyone who needs a roof replacement.

They Took Care of Everything!

Rhyne Restoration and their manager Lawrence visited our home after a recent hailstorm. Lawrence inspected our roof, met our insurance field adjuster when they came out and worked with the desk adjuster throughout the replacement process. He was a tremendous help! Rhyne Restoration not only removed our old asphalt shingle roof and replaced it with a beautiful new one, but they also had to coordinate removal and replacement of our pool solar heater system and 6" seamless gutters. They took care of everything! They have companies they partner with for these services, and made our experience effortless during this process. They were hard-working, polite, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly each day. I would definitely recommend them, in fact, I have 3 neighbors I've referred to Rhyne Restoration as a result of how great they were for us!

Absolutely Great Experience Top to Bottom

Absolutely great experience top to bottom. Not only did they give us a very fair price, but they also completed the whole roof in 1 day! The crew arrived early and finished tearing off the roof in no time. They barely stopped for lunch and before 5 pm, they were finished and there was a guy going around the whole yard with a MAGNET to collect any dropped nails. When the man installing new gutters (different company) came out, he said, that roof looks great! We think so too, but he looks at a lot of roofs, so he should know. Definitely recommend.
